Missed Call Text Back service
Our Missed Call Text Back service automatically sends a text to callers when a call to your business goes unanswered, so you can continue the conversation and book the job. The service is $147 per month with no setup fee, billed month to month with no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime. It works with your existing business number, and we handle carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) on your behalf. Full activation depends on carrier approval, which typically takes two to three weeks.
SMS and text messaging
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you consent to receive automated text messages from Coastal Sites related to your project, appointment confirmations, and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Coastal Sites is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at coastalsitestteam@gmail.com.
Intellectual property
Content on this site, including text, graphics, and layout, is owned by Coastal Sites or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without written consent.
No warranty
This site and our services are provided as is. We work to keep information accurate and messages delivered, but we do not guarantee that everything is complete, uninterrupted, or delivered at all times, since delivery also depends on mobile carriers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Sites is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.
